The N2 children made their very first visit to "All Saints Home" as part of our Children’s Day celebrations! The children kicked off the morning by performing the song "Walking in the Jungle" for the residents, bringing plenty of smiles and energy to the room. Afterward, the children and seniors worked together to collaborate on a joint craft project.
Intergenerational activities like this add a deeply meaningful dimension to our celebrations. Spending time with older adults helps young children develop genuine empathy, patience, and communication skills as they learn to connect across age gaps. At the same time, these visits offer seniors a wonderful boost of social engagement, vitality, and joy. Through simple shared moments—like singing together or collaborating on art—our young learners experience firsthand the value of community, inclusivity, and honoring the older generations around them. It was a lovely morning of connection, making this Children's Day truly memorable for everyone involved.
