Caring Beyond Self - Helping our Family Members Keep Clean

In the first part of our SSDB project, the children learnt about how the healthcare heroes are taking care of others and helping to fight the virus. In the next segment of the project, the K2 children made hand sanitizers to bring home for their family members. They learnt that other than washing their hands with soap, using a hand sanitizer helps to keep germs away.

Ingredients for hand sanitizer:

Aloe vera gel

Distilled water

Lavender essential oil

Step 1: Scoop 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel

Step 2: Add 3 to 4 drops of essential oil. Remember to mix well!

Step 3: Add 5 tablespoons of distilled water

Mix well!

Then, we put the hand sanitizer into squeeze bottles!

The hand sanitisers are ready! Let’s bring them home for our families.
