PCF SPARKLETOTS @ CANBERRA 337 embarked on a collaborative journey to brainstorm and bring to life the SSDB banner

This year’s SSDB theme, “ Doing good together,” honed in on the importance of environmental care with the sub-theme “Caring for our environment.” Our committee of teachers delved into discussion to craft the tagline “ We’re all in this together.”

What made this year particularly special was our collaboration with parents in creating the banner. Teachers and parents pooled their ideas and suggestions, covering various activities like cleaning up public spaces, gardening and recycling. Together, they meticulously planned out the materials and imagery for the banner.

Moreover, our children were given the opportunity to also contribute to the banner’s creation, adding their unique touch to the project.

At the end of the day, the most overwhelming key to a child’s success is the positive involvement of parents- Jane D Hull
