Awesome snow skin mooncakes

Today was a fantastic day for us. We collaborated with Nee Soon East Senior Citizens Club to make mooncakes for the clients at All Saints Home (Yishun) .

The K1/K2 children decorated the goodie bags yesterday and packed some snacks into the goodie bags. After which, the children made the mooncakes this morning to be put into these goodie bags and to be presented to the clients.

Children took turns to play with the clients and have hands-on on how to make the mooncakes with the guidance of the members from Nee Soon East Senior Citizens Club. The clients also had fun making the mooncakes too!

As the children gave their goodie bags to the clients, each child would say, “I just want to say….(stay healthy), (be happy), (take care)” etc . which were written on the goodie bags. Joy and happiness could be seen on the faces of the clients as they expressed their delight by hugging them and saying

“Thank you”.

We are so glad that this event could bring joy to the clients at All Saints Home and everyone enjoyed the event too!
