As part of our centre’s intergenerational programme collaboration, the children made appreciation cards for the elderly in NTUC Health Senior Day Care (Ci Yuan). They used TetraPak beverage cartons to make the cards!
The K1 children weaved strips of TetraPak to create their cards. They wrote encouraging messages and decorated the cards.
Children from the K2 classes cut TetraPak cartons into different shapes and designs to create their cards.
Through this activity, we hope the children will show more care and appreciation for the elderly around them!
