'A Care journey' : SSDB Week 2: Caring for my family

In Week 2 of our Care journey, the children learnt about caring for their families. Children worked on filling up a chore card by helping their parents do household chores and day-to-day tasks. They learnt about ways that they can show care for their family through acts of service.

I show care when I help my daddy and mummy when they need it.

Another way that children learnt to show care is by sending a thought/ gift to their families. They made cards/mailed a postcard with their handwritten messages for an extended family member.
