A Start Small Dream Big Project Launch to Remember
💫 Project Launch Day: A Journey into Wildlife Rescue
We officially launched our Start Small Dream Big project, titled “Young Hearts for Wild Lives: Together for Tomorrow,”with a heartwarming and inspiring event that brought real-life wildlife rescue stories to life.
🐾 Learning Through Action: Interactive Activity Stations
Children embarked on an educational adventure through various interactive activity stations designed to introduce them to the amazing journeys of animals rescued by ACRES. Through hands-on tasks, games, and vibrant visuals, they learned how animals are rescued, rehabilitated, and returned to safe environments.
🎭 Role-Play With Purpose
One of the highlights was the meaningful role-play sessions, where the children stepped into the shoes of wildlife rescuers. Wearing animal vests, using toy tools, and responding to mock rescue calls, they developed a deeper empathy for the animals and the people who help them.
💖 Sparked Empathy and Inspired Action
Hearing the true stories of rescued animals helped spark a genuine connection in the children. They were particularly moved by stories of perseverance and survival. These encounters planted the seeds of compassion, and the children are now excited to take part in future efforts to support rescued animals and spread awareness.
🐒 A Wish to Meet Them in Person
As the event came to a close, the excitement didn’t end. The children expressed eagerness to meet the animals they learned about in person, and look forward to upcoming opportunities that will bring them closer to the creatures they now care deeply about.
🌱 Looking Ahead
This launch marks only the beginning. As our project unfolds, we hope to continue nurturing the values of empathy, responsibility, and action in every child. Through continued partnership with ACRES, we believe our young hearts will grow into guardians of the wild.
