很高兴认识你，野生动物朋友们！

启动仪式结束后，我们的SSDB之旅也正式起航了。为了能够更好地保护我们的野生动物朋友们，我们从学习野生动物有什么以及它们的习性和特征开始。在学习过程中，我们还做了动物瑜伽呢。

We embarked on our learning journey about protecting our wildlife friends. Before we can do so, we need to have a deeper understanding of them and their characteristics. We even did some animal yoga poses during these experiences.

老师说要带我们去大草原上看一看野生动物们，但是草原太大了，我们需要用望远镜才行。于是，我们用卷纸筒、颜料和彩带做了一副属于我们自己的望远镜。果然，我们看到了好多的野生动物，有斑马、大象、斑鬣狗……等等，我们激动极了！

Well, we wanted to travel towards where our wildlife friends were. Through the lens of our binoculars, we saw so many of our wildlife friends! Zebras, elephants… we were so excited!

通过时事新闻和新加坡动物园网站上的资料，我们了解到野生动物们生活的环境和我们紧密相关，我们的一举一动都有可能影响到它们赖以生存的家园，比如塑料制品的处理。

Through current news and online resources from the Wildlife Reserves Singapore, we understand how our lifestyle could affect our wildlife friends. For example, how we dispose our plastics etc.

因此，我们学习了垃圾的分类和回收，通过减少垃圾对环境的污染，就能够间接地保护我们的野生动物朋友们啦！

Thus, we worked on our recycling project, advocating the importance of recycling and disposing these waste materials correctly.

我们还可以为保护野生动物朋友们再做些什么呢?
